On a foggy, wet, grey day in Seattle one of my favorite places to visit is the Volunteer Park Conservatory. Walking into this fragrant, warm place is like taking a small vacation.

Wonderful Krohn Conservatory

We are now in Cincinnati and had the chance to visit Krohn Conservatory. Along with bonsai trees, tropical rain forests, desert plants and an interesting display with commonly used plants like coffee and chocolate we saw a great display on innovative growing techniques.
