Mulled Wine

Back in 2020 we went wild making plum wine. This year we’re using it to make mulled wine and it’s spectacular

We dried citrus in the dehydrator

Pounded whole cloves, cinnamon sticks and nutmeg into small pieces.

Put the dried citrus and spices into cheesecloth then tied it on the bottles.

Delicious!
