At the end of Will Allen’s presentation last night there was an informational question and answer session. We were fortunate to capture a handful of his responses on video.
This first question was about Allen’s definition of leadership. As a follow-up, he also provides thoughtful advice on how Seattle can strengthen it’s urban agriculture campaign.
One of Cascadian Edible Landscapes’ founders approached the mic next and asked Allen about market saturation and the financing of urban agriculture businesses.
Another interesting question came from a journalist who wanted to know what Allen thought about the organic food movement and food justice issues.
One of Allen’s last answers sheds light on children’s inherent understanding of good food.
