Another great thing to do with zatar is to get some pita brad and a little bowl of olive oil and another little bowl of zatar. Break off a chunk of pita bread, dip in the oil, then in the zatar, and eat. Yum!

I bet you could coat pieces of chicken or tofu in it and then bake or saute, as well.</description>
